SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At EL REI DEL MAR we care a lot about the impact we produce on the environment. For this reason, we try to minimize our footprint by offering responsible shipping.
The procedure we follow is as follows: once we receive the customer’s order, we prepare the package, and twice a week we make the shipments.
Through this process, we manage to put together several packages in one shipment and thus reduce the number of trips made by our carrier.
DURATION
It is for this reason that shipments can take between 2 and 5 business days once the order is placed on the website.
DESTINATIONS
We ship to:
Spain (excepting the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Base cost: 5,90€
Europe: France, Belgiun, Luxemburg, Germany and the Netherlands. Base cost: 11,90€
If you are from another country and you’d like to recieve something from our shop. Please contact us so we can give you all the information and the extra cost.
CLICK AND COLLECT
We also offer the option « Click and Collect » to pick up your order at our shop: the customer places his order through the website and chooses the option « Click and Collect ».
In this case, we prepare the package and establish a time for the customer to come and pick it up at the store.

RETURNS
In case of return, you can contact us by email (info@elreidelmarshop.com) and we will manage everything, at no additional cost.
Once we have received the returned package, we will proceed to refund the money.
Keep in mind that in order to make a return, the products must be in perfect condition and without signs of having been used.
PACKAGING
To prepare the packages that will be sent to our clients, we use recycled and / or recyclable materials or reuse materials with which our products have been sent to us previously, in order to reduce our impact on the environment.
